Breastfeeding course for Centering Pregnancy groups or other pregnancy groups
Courses are given in Dutch and English.
There is no better preparation for breastfeeding than taking the course “Breastfeeding, an Introduction.” During this course, you will receive honest and practical information about breastfeeding. The following topics will be covered:
- How do the breasts work, and how does breastfeeding actually happen?
- What can you expect in the first period?
- How do you know if it’s going well?
- What do you do in case of problems?
In addition, there will be ample opportunity to ask questions to the lactation consultant. After the course, you will receive information about breastfeeding. Your partner is welcome, but you can also bring a friend, sister, or another family member.
